codebeautify.org.in respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Our tools process content locally in your browser and we do not host user uploaded content, but if you believe any material published on our website infringes your copyright, please notify us.

How to file a notice

Send a written notice to contact@codebeautify.org.in with the subject “Copyright Notice” that includes:

1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
3. The exact URL(s) on codebeautify.org.in where the material appears
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

We review valid notices promptly, usually within 3 working days, and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate. Notices under India’s Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 are handled in the same way.

Counter notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same email with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Please note that misrepresenting infringement may make you liable for damages.
